1. Nature of the service

Vaultmark is an independent casino directory and verification standard. It does not operate casinos, take bets, or intermediate payments. Listed sites belong to third-party operators.

License, DNS, and certificate information is provided based on available data. Statuses can change; before critical decisions we recommend also checking the operator's own sources.

3. Limitation of liability

Vaultmark cannot be held responsible for losses, delays, account closures, or legal disputes on third-party sites. The site is provided "as is."

4. Prohibited uses

Using the service for reverse engineering, abusive scraping, false verification claims, or brand impersonation is prohibited.

5. Intellectual property

The Vaultmark brand, badges, and interface design belong to Vaultmark. Commercial use without written permission is not allowed.
